there is no better way to celebrate the end of school and to lose weight with this!


we finally got to try melben's crab beehoon after going to uncle leong because they were closed for renovations the last time. everything about it is perfect; the beehoon's silky and QQ, the crab is very very meaty and sweet and of course the soup is WAH LAU EH BO BEI ZAO!


of course, go until so far cannot be just eat one dish only right? so we ordered a dish that can never go wrong: claypot tofu. and yes not only did it not go wrong, it was so good we could lick the claypot dry. the tofu's probably homemade or something, where else can such egg-ish and smooth tofu be found? and the sauce, its good enough to just eat with plain rice!


needless to say, we waited for more than an hour for our food to arrive but it was definitely worth it. don't believe? see below for evidence.
