yesterday night was boring at the start, dramatic in the middle and fun at the end. things i've learnt from mambos:
1) never ever go with girls only because they will all pangseh you to go dbl o and then you will have to stone for 1-2 hours. and then you will reach back zouk after 12 and will no longer be entitled to 1-for-1 and thus no alcohol for the night and the whole night will be fucking boring.
2) guys are the horniest animals on earth. for the whole night, this was what our area of the dance floor looked like:
and because i was so sober, i can't help but observe the looks on their faces and oh my god, they are oozing "i-want-to-grind-and-fuck-you"ness. and then it brings you back to point no.1 because being a guy will automatically entitle you to the job of fending horny fuckers off. which is really quite fun if you have nothing else to do.3) i hate dirty dancing or grinding or whatever fuckshit its called la. makes people look like sluts who need sex desperately. why can't people just enjoy the music and dance to themselves. if you really need some body rubbing there are many other ways to do it privately pls.
4) girls are heavier than they look. carrying one out makes you sweat more than running 2.4km on the treadmill.
5) good music only starts at like 2am onwards, everything else before that is rubbish. and both phuture and mambo are so fucking crowded by then the only reason you are moving is because people around you are pushing. HOW TO DANCE LIKE THAT LA FUCK.
for these reasons, the past few mambos were extremely unsatisfying and i'm close to swearing off clubbing unless i go with guys so that i won't get pangsehed and have people to share drinks with. or i dress like a tranny to get entrance into dbl o. i think its just easier to stay at home and listen to techno/trance and self-high. jia qing | 12:12 PM
