was supposed to play lan with jinyi but thighs were aching from sandcastle building so i decided to stay at home and nuah. ching came over later in the afternoon to play dota and drums after finding out that her dreaded meeting was postponed. i realised that dota is actually an extremely sophisticated game and its really amazing how the creators of the map changed it to what it is today.

just watched the notebook, that would be the third love movie i've watched for the week. the plot's predictable but nonetheless touching. i loved how the story and romance unfolded, makes me want to experience that feeling at least once in a lifetime.

Summer romances begin for all kinds of reasons, but when all is said and done, they have one thing in common. They're shooting stars, a spectacular moment of light in the heavens, fleeting glimpse of eternity, and in a flash they're gone.

The best love is the kind that awakens the soul and makes us reach for more, that plants a fire in our hearts and brings peace to our minds.
